1. Statement
Every person depicted in any sexually explicit content appearing on this platform was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time that content was created.
2. Who is the producer
Eroamora is a management and technology provider. With respect to content published by Creators, Eroamora is not the producer, primary or secondary, of that content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75; the Creator who created and publishes it is. Eroamora's activities are limited to hosting, storage, resizing for delivery, and the provision of the site and its tools, which are exempt activities under §2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
3. Custodian of records
The records required by §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to any content published on a Creator's site are kept by that Creator, as producer, at the address she has designated. A request to inspect records concerning content on a specific site should be addressed to eroamora.com@gmail.com quoting the address of the content; we will identify the Creator's designated custodian and forward the request. Where a Creator has appointed Eroamora as her custodian, that appointment and the location of her records are recorded with her account.
4. What we require of Creators
As a condition of publishing, every Creator attests, and on request must evidence, that she keeps for every item of explicit content: a copy of a government-issued identification for every person depicted, showing legal name and date of birth; every name the person has used; the date the content was created; and a cross-reference from each item to those records. We verify identity and age with each Creator directly. Content that cannot be evidenced is removed.
5. Content that is not sexually explicit
Not all content on this platform is sexually explicit within the meaning of the statute. The age requirement in section 1, and the platform's own requirement that every person depicted consented, apply to all content regardless.
