Content Removal & Complaints

Version 1.1 In force since 13 September 2026

How to complain, what happens next, and how quickly.

Version 1.1.

1. How to complain

Use the report form. It asks for the address of the content, what is wrong with it, your name and a way to reach you, and — for copyright — the statements the law requires. Every report is stored, acknowledged immediately with a reference number, and read by a person. You may also write to eroamora.com@gmail.com.

2. Kinds of complaint

  • A person depicted did not consent, or the content is being used to harass or expose someone. Urgent.
  • A person depicted may be under 18. Urgent, and reported to the authorities where indicated.
  • Copyright. Handled under our DMCA policy.
  • Impersonation of you or someone you represent.
  • Anything else you believe breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or the law.

3. What happens

Urgent reports are acted on as soon as they are read — typically within hours — and the affected site may be taken offline while they are resolved, so that nothing further is seen in the meantime. Other reports are acted on within two business days. Where we remove content, the Creator is told why, and where the law provides a way to contest a removal she is told how. Where we do not remove content, you are told why.

4. If you are the person depicted

You do not have to prove who you are to have content about you looked at. Say so in the report; we will find a way to confirm that respects your privacy, and nothing you tell us is shared with the Creator beyond what is needed to act.

5. If you disagree with the outcome

Reply to the acknowledgement quoting your reference and a different person will review it. Where the law gives you a further route — to a court, a regulator, or a supervisory authority — this policy does not limit it.

6. Creators

A Creator who believes a decision about her account or content is wrong may reply to the email that told her, or affirm her attestation again from her studio once she has addressed what was raised. She always receives the reason for a decision in writing.
